how about grinding goose breast and making jerky out of it.

any body done it before and how did it turn out

What say you?

sliced it... and its awesome.. but never grided it and used it in the jerky shooter... i bet it is good:2thumbsup:

I made some one time with sliced goose breast and it had a strong after taste. I know some fol;ks on the eastside that have it made into snacksticks and summer sausage and it is darn good.

I've eaten ground and sliced. They are both good and unfortunately you know it is goose. They have a wang to them but it really does not matter. Pour the spices to it:rock:
