Spoke with conservation dept and they are having the resident goose banding event at six flags in Eureka. Its on the same date as last year june 13th. This might change if weather issues arise but as of now thats when its set. They let the kids be involved with the banding and its a great way to get the kids hands on with wildlife. I will be there if my work schedule allows and i will be handing out my custom duck whistles to all kids at the event.

Back in the 1970's..... Me and one of the electricians at Six Flags used to shoot geese off the front parking lot grass areas. Jump shooting at it's finest.....

Six Flags, was not inside Eureka city limits at that time....

Those new whistles are great. Sure are pretty too!!
