I need to get a new one. The zipper on my current one is shot. It's just a zip up sweatshirt jacket basically but does a fine job of keeping me warm as long as it's not real windy.

What do you guys recommend? This would be for temps ranging 30-60. I've got a parka that I wear for anything below 30.

I really like the "rain suede" stuff I have, it's the Cabelas house brand. I wear it til about the middle of November usually. It has the outer layer of quiet fleece and it's pretty waterproof.

RedHead Expedition fleece from Bass Pro. Good stuff. Windproof, very quiet and comfy.

Just got the UA Capture Jacket. Pretty slick, kinda spendy though. I bought it using gift certificates that I had accumulated. Minimal bulk, maybe kinda warmish for anything over 50 degrees.

Great googly moogly, they started carrying it at Rogers here in KC... I looked at it Saturday as I'd been wanting to put me hands on it. Granted it's definatley nice stuff but ho leeeee crap. :whiteflag:
