gonna plant soon

    what would be something good to put in the ground around this time of the year, will clover do

    think it's probably a little to late for clover. won't have enough time to get established before the summer heat and droughts. what are you looking to accomplish? how many acres are you planting?

    Good ole soybeans are hard to beat. Especially with this timing for planting.

    As long as you can plant enough of em so a few get to make it past the 2 leaf stage. If you have a lot of deer, they will wipe out a small plot as fast as it comes up.;)
