Does anyone remember these? From memory I think the recipe for Frimps is......

Cut a slit in the tail of the shrimp
Put in a dab of horseradish sauce
Wrap with a piece of bacon
Stick it with a toothpick
Deep fry

Enjoy

That is how I saw it done. Did I remember everything?

Honest CFraz. I have cooked shrimp several ways, but never that one. I'm curious as to how you know when they are done. Deep fried bacon? Does sound great though. :2thumbsup:

The food will be spectacular as usual. I am hoiping there will be eome Sandhill Crane again this year. Taste just like a fine Ribeye. Never know what you will be eating, but it is all awesome. Lots of smoked items, fish, fowl, etc. Also been tons of shrimp and oysters in the past. Hopefully someone will make a run to the coast.
