If anyone in the St. Charles area would like a pound or two or five of ground venison, please let me know.
We have some cut with 10% beef fat and some cut with 10% pork fat.
We are not eating it fast enough to be all gone by the coming season since my wife and daughters have suddenly decided they would prefer to stick with the venison steaks only and really don't care for the ground.
I still want to keep a little on hand because I personally like the stuff and know it is better for me than regular old hamburger.
