slow morning in the stand so i drove over to another farm and spotted some turks and decided to stalk them, got within 40 yards and let the alpha burner BURN. Trying out a new little broadhead idea, using a g5 tekan and a adder point behind it. No flop at all hit and dead

Stalking birds with a bow. That right there is something else. Congrats.

Did you have some terrain in your favor?

I love getting birds with the bow. So far I'm two for two and I hope to add my third one during the late bow season this year. The turkeys are everywhere! Congrats on your first turkey with the bow.
