Its just like guys shootin illegal AR goats. Folks just don't take the time to identify their targets. Lastyear when we couldn't shoot cans we passed on so many birds cause the cans were so thick and decoying just like mallards. People are idiots is the best way to describe folks like this. I feel everyone should have to take the saftey course cause the stress the identifing of your target.
