    First limit of the year for me I only killed 6 all last weekend now that the rain has stopped LOOK OUT!!

    In the last couple of years we have started making hot wings out of ours. I only keep the front and back legs then we hot wing them just like chicken wings and of course got to have Blue chesse dressing and cold beer:stirpot:

    You mean you throw away the backs? That's where all the meat is! Maybe save them in the freezer for a stew?

    Sorry man I aint skining one all the way out just to chew on back meat, I kill to many and at times I think I am the only guy in MO still hunting them in the summer:D
    I give alot away I have several older couples that I give them to as well as some folks at work. I do not care for squirrel stew or dumplins about the only way I eat them is fryed, Hot Winged or with Salsa poured over them and simmered:rock: The way I skin them with game shears I never gut them

    I coach high school wrestling and had my guys over for one of the UFC fights during Christmas break and 16 guys ate almost 10 pounds of them we used 3 big bottles of Blue Cheese Dressing:dancin:
