I was wondering when they will start shedding? Last year I heard guys talking about finding some around Christmas - that's almost here.
I usually start finding them late January.

Found one Sept 15th 2 years ago......

Got trail cam pics of a buck that shed 1 side the last week of Dec last year. Didn't find the antler until March.

Dec.19 was my earliest find...But that was back when the doe season was in Jan. and I ended up killin him during it...
He had a pretty good injury to his front shoulder...It was locked up in the bent position.

Normally mid-Jan. I will find a couple.Nothing too exciting.

Alls I know is,I'M READY TO GO NOW!!!

Found a nice one in a food plot last year with 11 days left in bow season it is the shed on the left one on the right was found same area late Febuary :woot:

Man thats a long gap for one to hang onto the other side. Not saying it doesn't happen. I have pics of bucks with 1 side for 2-3weeks. Or did you not look before feb?

Not from the same deer as You can see by the pic they are both off the same side

Well, I guess I'm the one lacking sense now...I should have continued reading the post after your screw up post to see that you have already caught your mistake.
