The rule states that "During regular spring turkey season, anyone helping to call in a turkey or assisting another hunter must be properly licensed with either a filled or unfilled spring turkey hunting permit." Therefore, as long as you purchased a permit or are guiding on your land and had a landowner permit, then you are legal, even if you've already filled both your tags.
