Hey DSG, what were you chumming with last weekewnd anyway?
A chartreuse jig, and a black, green and chartreuse jig caught about 99% of the fish I'd say! The depthfinder was worthless cause the trolling motor was draggin bottom a lot of the time and the water temp was 50-60 degrees. And we weren't even using Berkley crappie nibbles!
I was GOING to say that the chum was probably nibbles! I've got to get back out and use those babies! I hope things turn on here soon! I've GOT to get out of the house!
Oh, oh, SORRY! NIBBLES! WHAT ARE NIBBLES!
They're a figment of your imagination, you've never seen or used one much less had any success with them:rotfl:
Yea----Thats it "Figment of his Imagination"
See......Pman even agrees with me. Nothing there, never was. Now about this chum stuff that is not nibbles just exactly how long did you have to... um... er.... uh... throw the chum after you lit it?:hysterical:
If I can recall correctly, I believe DSG called it "crank bait"...put wires into the water, and crank!
That type is effective as well, it is also much more discreet. The loud booms tend to draw attention sometimes from the fellers in the green outfits, in which case you do not want to be in possession of a lighter.
