My buddy from florida showed up over the weekend. With him he had my 10 lbs of fresh gator meat.

This will be the first time the mrs and I have cooked or ate it. Any secrets in cooking it? Is it best fried like fish? If so what temp should I have the oil and how long?

 Just use fish fry. Cut it into 1 1/2" chunks. Just cut a chunk open to see if it is done on the inside.

LUCKY DOG! Wish I had some to eat! :D
