Well, as far as having any for sale, I can't help you out. I would tell you buddy not to make any decisions until he's held a Ruger SP101 and any of a number of the J-frame (small) Smith and Wessons. The SP101 is a .357, the J-frames are generally .38's, and if he's looking for more firepower than that, I can recommend the Charter Arms Bulldog in .44 special, I really like mine.

I have a 4" SA 1911 Champion but really want a revolver for alittal more descrete carrry situations and I'm all about OVERKILL!!! so this is the one I'm gonna go with!! S&W model 327, 357 MAG 8 round cap I havent shot one yet but I own the 327 PC with the 5" barrel (its the cats! Looks like their going for around $1000! ouch!! I also used to have a taurus 38 spl and loved it!! Paid $100 for it!

Bronco, I don't know how discreet that 327 going to be, that's a huge revolver for concealed carry, in my opinion. I think that the 1911 would actually carry better as flat as it is.

I bought a little .44 special bulldog with the crimson trace grips for myself, I also believe in overkill!

    S&W J frame 642 Airweight in .38 special +P.......good light 5 shot

    or

Rorbaugh R9S in 9MM.....very small / light auto

Those are my choices and are easily concealed.

    Good luck!!

That's a good choice indeed, lots of punch in a little package.
