What would be a good price for a CD Field Grade synthetic in .243 brand new?

If it has the mauser 98 action, bluebook says msr of $495 but used and in 100% condition, $395.00, $350 if 98%

Thanks Rat, it is new in the box, never been fired. It was offered to me for $300. I just told the guy I wanted it, he said it is mine.

My father has a .243 Charles Daly and it is a real shooter. I was really surprised at the quality of the rifle in general. The trigger is pretty nice and it looks good.

They are the same mauser rifle remington will import this year (same mfr.) for a lot more $$. you did fine.
