Keep hearing reports that they are up.

I haven't seen any sign of them.

It's drier than a popcorn fart around here

Picked these this morning. Not too many but there were a lot of small ones that I left. Also found some 2 weeks ago that were already dried up. 20170805_102326.jpg

was this year just a bust? Last year was my first time finding them and on both properties we located them (my farm and a buddy's) they were EVERYWHERE, more than we could pick by a long shot.
Didnt find a single one this year on relatively same weekends as last year by the calendar...maybe they were out earlier and I just wasnt there.
Figured there'd be a few brave ones popping out but they were absent!

samea for me. I found a few in some parks but none where I normally found htem...

Maybe we over picked them? I was told to pick only 10-15% of the choice chantrelles in patch.
