You can hunt with a bow during the Muzzleloader Season. See 3 CSR10-7.432 pg 30 of the 2009 Fall Deer and Turkey Pamphlet.
Big Jake is right. You cannot be in possession of a firearm while archery hunting during the open archery season 3 CSR 10-7.431 (5)(A)

Not sure about Mo. regs but you also have to wear blaze orange if you're bow hunting during a gun season here in KS...

You only have to wear orange while bow hunting in MO, during modern Firearms, Youth Seasons, and antlerless seasons....

You do not have to during ML season.... Not sure why, as today's ML's are just about like "modern" firearms in every aspect, cept you only get the one shot.....:shrug:

At no time is it legal to carry a firearm and a bow into the stand with you.... You have to pick, one or the other. And, only firearms tags are legal during modern firearms season.

Archery season overlaps all other firearm deer seasons, except modern, so you can bow hunt during any of them, with an archery tag of course.....:wave:
