Cabelas or Bass Pro ?????

    Just got my Cabela's Visa last week! Can't wait for opening day! Oh, don't tell my wife.....

    As far as mail order (not sure if this has been brought up before, least in my tenure) I much prefer Cabelas. I think their return method is easier also..

    since i work right by bass pro thats where ive been going but now that cabelas is opening up out there i will have to get back on the choice. but from what ive heard customer service is suppose to be awesome from cabelas.

    I think they are both to crowded. I like the smaller places like Rogers in Liberty MO.

    I'm in Omaha right now and stopped by the Bpro earlier today.. didnt have much time but it didnt appear to be much more than st. charlie or columbia. Guess nothin compares to the Springfield store..

    umm....both....
    i agree bass pro for fishing, and cabelas for hunting....but i love bass pros outlet store

  14. I second the BP outlet, make it a point to get there once a week minimum. You never know what kinda deal you might find.

    I reload a lot and Cabelas has just about everything I need. Bass Pro has less and less each time I visit. Lets see......Cabelas travel time = 35 minutes.....Bass Pro travel time = 3 1/2 hrs.........I wonder which one is my favorite?
