I have a question for those of you that have hunted the late busch hunt before. I have scouted extensively and have several good spots picked out. I was walked in on by other hunters four times yesterday. It was frustrating but I stuck it out. I did not see a deer yesterday afternoon, and couldn't help to think I should look to other areas tha are recieving less pressure. Or should I not worry about the other hunters and stick it out? Also I have found some large rub lines. Do you think I should stick to the food or hunt some of these signs? I last hunted here three years ago and did not see many other hunters. Most other hunters seem to have fixed positon stands. I hunt out of a climber so I can be flexible.

Stick to the food and be mobile. Unfortunately those guys will probably be back. When I hunt Busch I walk further than I think any other hunter would think to, I've never seen another hunter.

Doesn't matter where you go or how far you walk or how good the set-up sometimes people find you. Walked to the furtherest possible spot you can get to, got set-up, had 7 does walking in (was going to take one bc it was the last day) and they all of a sudden spook. A random guy out wakling with his dog for fun!

Stick it out and keep your head up

When are you heading out there? I may be able to show you the spot I hunted a couple years ago, seemed to be a great spot the deer escaped other hunters through...

Shoot me a U2U if ya like - cause I'm not posting the spot here!
