got the improved cyl screwed into the youth 20ga, a couple of boxes 7/8oz #6 shot and im heading out to kill a wabbit tomorrow:claphands::claphands::claphands:

[rquote=1522400&tid=106117&author=20 feet]high brass 20 1 0z 6 shot is a good load for peter cottontail[/rquote] i like my handloaded #6 i use nickel plated shot, the nickel slips through the hair for the most part, still have hair in the meat inside the pellet holes, but not as heavy as if it was lead, not sure why but the nickel and copper plated shot does not carry the amount of fur/hair into the meat like lead does

well i went for the walk, maybe an hour, was a bit on the cold side with the wind, took the LAB for company, we jumped 3, i got shooting at 1 but didn't connect, the cattail marsh and the ditch banks are just full of bunny tracks everywhere you look, i need a good beagle
