we have 60 acres and our neighbors have 400 +/-.They are nice people and let us hunt pretty much like we own it ourselves(they hunt too)They also like to ride all over the place(not on us)with 4 wheelers when its nice(for example today, about 8 out ridin all over)They are a working farm with 150 acres in row crop and about 40 in pasture the rest timber that cattle graze in,so its fairly open.My question is i'm thinkin of makin a thicker than hell "buffer zone" on our prop line to give the deer a place to hide and feel left alone.Kinda like a area that once they cross the fence and get to it they can relax so to speak.we have already made a few 2-3 acre thickets and have let sunlight in and new stuff is poppin up everywhere.Anybody have any suggestions or ideas on what i'm tryin to create here?thanks

Tallgrass (NWSG) will work. Cave in rock switchgrass, big blue, Indian gras.

Berry bushes, cedars, grasses...disc in rows and let them come up in natural strips.
