Was just doing some pondering, wondering if anyone knows of any smaller acreages for sale in any of these 3 counties....with a house or not? I might be making a move later this summer!!!!

For better realestate prices and fewer county zoning ordinances,,I would sudgest you shrink your search down to Howrd and Cooper counties. Maybe drop Boone and expand into Randolph.

good idea Henry....Boone and Saline are outrageous......way overpriced!!!
