What is the best set to catch a bobcat? What is the best bait? Where are the best spot to make a set fence row's or creek's?? I thought mabey some of the old pro's might help a brother out here. Thanks.

the very first rule to trapping bobcats is.......make your sets where there are bobcats.

I know it sounds stupid but everyone will tell you that.

you should be ok if you can get around those strip pits, call up ole threlkeld hes the best bobcat trapper around.

I like dozer piles and deer carcuses, find roadkill, get disposition for it, make sets.

i dont catch very many cats(4) but havent trapped that much for them either.........they dont put the gas in the truck.

I've heard if you throw sardines up in a cedar tree, and put a foot trap at the bottom of it you could catch one, along with many other things
