Not really sure what you mean... If you mean it can be required because of OSHA, not likely. It's real dangerous for employers to require a vaccine as a condition of employment. According to OSHA, if an employer REQUIRES a vaccine as a condition of employment, the employer can be held liable if an employee had a severe reaction up to and including death. If they just 'Strongly recommend' it, then they cannot be held liable. How many employers are really willing to risk being sued into oblivion?Osha
