I've considered so many times putting the Iowa farm up for sale and purchasing a farm around Bethany...I drive through there on my way to Iowa and WI and absolutely love that country.

for sure...are you going to the Classic this year? A buddy and myself are coming down friday night and going on Sat. Otherwise I'll be headed up north a lot again this spring. I like Cameron too...I always see that ground for sale in that big bottom along I-35 that advertises 40 to 400 acres for sale can't remember if thats north or south of Cameron.. So tempted cus that stuff looks amazing.

The wife & I actually put money down on a farm near Bethany, back in '96...then the owner's son wanted all kinds of concessions (including hunting rights), so we rescinded our offer. Dang greedy relatives... :whinging:
