Has anybody ever used them and if you have do they work? If they do work are they worth the 20$?

    MM,

My financial adviser frowned a little over $20 on battery powered ones, she'd hit the roof for $180.00 on socks!!

BM, wish you would have posted this sooner, I'd have given you a pair the other day when you stopped by for lunch. I have some that worked just fine, but like some said in that review, they were way too hot to wear while walking, so that meant trying to get a D-cell batter snapped in after you are out in the stand or in a blind. They defiitely put off some good warmth for a couple of hours, and really don't even remember how long a battery would last in them it's been so long since I've used them.

After hearing how much the guys I hunt with over in IL love those arctic shield boot blankets the past two winters I'll be getting a set here soon. Actually Bass Pro has them on sale right now.
