Anyone ever have to deal with Banded customer service to try and get leaky waders replaced?

Cabelas do not warranty like they use to.
Timbuck, let us know how Banded handles this,I have a friend with some leaky Bandeds also.
i bought some banded breathables so please let us know how they took care of you...
I am taking them to fedex store today after work to mail them to their Memphis address. After emailing my receipt to prove they were bought less than year ago. More to come. Hope they mail the redzone 2.0s to me as a replacement

I've heard nothing good about the banded waders. I've personally never worn them, just a lot of leaks is what multiple retailers have said.
I bought a pair prior to 2018 season and after the first hunt around my shin where the boot meets it got damp pretty bad. I emailed banded customer service and sent them back. They sent me the new style as soon as they came out in like July 2019. Curious if they are better this season. If not, I will be asking for a full refund and just stick with my Frogg Togg Refuge Series. FYI I have had great luck with Frogg togs.

Agree. At that $ you'd expect better.
Rogers waders are made by frogg tog
Thats the Choad Belding stuff ,....
Update. I got a brand new pair sent to me. The updated model. Redzone2.0.
I had to pay 27 bucks for shipping.
They had me send my leaky set to them
Bought a new pair of waist highs recently on clearance. Thinking about returning them before I even wear them after reading many things lately on leaking banded waders.
Anyone ever try Rogers waders? Opinions?

Haven't been able to talk myself in to buying Sitka waders yet.
I won’t buy banded again unless this new pair last me 3 or 4 years.
These redzone 2.0s have a 2 year warranty now though instead of 1. Must be pretty confident in them.

Next time I will likely try Rogers or bass pro version of breathables. Just need to keep the receipt in a safe to make the leaky exchange easier.

It’s almost to the point where you just have call the company or exchange right before that warranty runs out regardless if they are leaking.
I have the Rogers 2-1s and have been happy thus far. I could hunt in knee boots though so who knows they might leak like crazy higher than the boots.

I have a pair of Bass Pro/White River breathables I bought about 12 years ago. Have not leaked yet. I store them indoors when not in use which has probably helped. I don't wear them duck hunting but have done a lot of fishing with them in the time I've had them. I've been expecting them to fail for about the past 5 years but they keep going.
