Baiting in Missouri is very much prohibited, if you place feed out--it must be cleand up with no traces left 10 days prior to hunting the area!:cheers:

I thought it was but wanted to ask. We are not even allowed to feed deer in the off season here due to concerns over CWD.
We do allow baiting for bear though, I think that the population was getting so large that they felt we needed an edge.
When I was growing up we hunted bear durring deer season, but then they moved the bear season up and the bear take dropped way off.
I do get a kick out of the boys making hunting shows shooting Monster Bucks under a feeder!

There are gray areas on how close you can hunt to feed. almost up to wardens ideas.
