What do you guys use. I have one that has worked for me but I need a bigger one since my oldest boy is going with me. He would get my old one. Enough, which one Bass Pro, Cableas, or Badlands. Just a bunch out there need quality and lots of room. I have a Cabela's Pack frame but it is too big.

I just use a basic backpack (school type).

As long as I can get my coffee thermos and a bottle of Mountain Dew in there I'm good to go. :rof2:

So, as usual, I'm no help. :D

Your boy get his deer?

No, had six does out in a bean field last night 175 out and he coldn't settle the cross hairs. My little brother Louis shot the biggest so Brady got to see the first deer get killed. Maybe tonight or the rest of this week.

[rquote=1484959&tid=103784&author=Hwthunter]cfdjay don't you have a 2200? How is it and how much did it cost?[/rquote]

I do. Price was a steal. Found a guy that owns a small archery shop and a customer put a down payment on it. The guy waited for him to pick it up and he never came months later so he just wanted the balance. I paid $100 for it.

As far as the pack itself, I have to be honest... It's almost overwhelming. I got frustrated trying to figure out how everything works on it. I'll tell you this, I don't think there is anything the back won't do or carry.

I like to keep things simple so I haven't even used it in the field. I'm saving it for a trip out west for any kind of spot and stalk I might end up doing.

Christian,
You ever get on 24hourcampfire.com???? There's a Badlands 2200 (used) for sale on there. I think he was asking around $150 for it.

There are usually some packs for sale on Archery Talk. I got mine out there.
