last night had a"Cat" comes up sniffing around some of the Dog's bones he left outside. It was the size of a small house cat but appeared to have pointed ears and a bobbed tail. Last night as the wife was putting away the chickens the dog alerted to the bush we have surrounding our lagoon. He wasn't going in but sure didn't like what was in there have to think it was that cat

Baby Bobcat or xbred wild one maybe?

if it were a baby I wouldn't think it'd be on its own already at that size

I have seen what appeared to be very young bobcats on their own before, they were about the size of a large house cat...... So, it could've been a bobcat, but it's one of those things you won't know for sure unless you get another & better look at it.......
