Whats everybody's recipe (if any!) to make a goose taste
good?

Just wondering..

Make jerky outta it.

OR

Fillet the breast in strips and beat 'em wiff the meat hammer then roll in egg & cracker crumbs and fry it.

It ain't spiced boiled shrimp but it ain't too bad. :cheers:

I got a bad problem with them digging my beans before they even break.

Not that I would take one out of season... wouldnt even consider it.

Two Pt. bottles of nitro and some string and fly paper no more goose problem.

skin it, bake it, serve it to you not too favorite in-laws!

No matter how ya cook them wrap bacon around them. For me jerky is the best way to go. I also suggest soaking them in salt water overnite.

only one time did i ever eat one that was any good. of course that was several years ago and i was pretty buzzed and i aint sure some body didn't take him from some park in columbia when i was in college :bangin: but i don't know nothing about anything

Nope.. and not this bad till this year..

I remember as a kid, going to swan lake just HOPING to SEE a canadian..

Now, they're everywhere and all kinds of a nuisance.

We'll work something out for sure.

canadas arn't bad, breast them, cut into medallions, soak in italian dressing, take out after 24 hours,put some cajun rub on them, inject butter garlic marinaide, wrap in bacon throw on grill. as far as snows, take them and put in a large pile on property, sit with the high powered and wait for the yotes. far as i am concerned they are the varmints of geese, no other reason to take them except for numbers control.

I always liked baking a canada breast down in a roaster stuffed with onions. Then let it cool,,debone and grind or chop and make goose salad, just like you would chicken or tuna. It makes a pretty mean sandwich spread.

I'd imagine that NOT eating one would be the best route.
