Just wondering if the hevi shot is as good as the makers says it is? Anybody using it?

I use it, and quite a few folks in our KS hunting group used it. When I watched Clansey's brother spank one at 43 yards, and kill it DEAD, NO FLOP (first time I've ever seen that!) I was convinced! But see.....I found my two boxes that I'm using on the clearance rack at Wally World for $5 a box. I've got 3" #6, and Clansey's brother had the same. Some folks had 3 1/2's.

In the past, I've used Winchester Supreme #5's.

Hmm.....looks pretty quiet in this thread! I think most folks on here use Winchester Supreme #5's or #6's. With some Federals mixed in.

Winchester Supreme #5s here. They work pretty good in my gun.
