I have seen a few pics here of them, But, do they work??? Anybody every actually personally got some sheds off one? I am curious cause I was thinkin about building one similar to one I seen here. Wouldnt the deer be reluctant to sticking its head into the trap area?? It is not like we are having a rough winter and that there is no food around.......Any Advise is greatly appreciated!!!!!

Personally, I don't think that you should waste your time, but I happen to know some guys that have their cameras pointed at their traps, so we're going to get to see their effectiveness after this year is over!

Everyone that I know has had 0 luck with them.

I put two out this year. I'm not holding my breath on it working but figured it couldn't hurt since I was going to have feeders out anyway.

Like Hoytshooter said, you can always give it a try! Its not going to cost you anything to get one put together!

Your best shed trap is gonna be your feet. Get out there and walk, walk, walk. After you've walked too far and too long without finding any then you're about 1/2 done for the day.

You all find sheds the hard way. I multi task and just remove the sheds from my tractor tires when I'm doing my farm work.:roll2:

Which camera is that? I've never seen one that shows temp, moon phase, etc...pretty neat!

Yea, its is the moultrie 200 3.1 megapixel. I got it for Christmas and have been very happy with it. I am going out this afternoon to check it again and will post the results tonite..................................it takes great pics for sure!

Here is another nice buck in the daytime, it is kinda hard to see his antlers but he looks like a goodun!

good looking pics i have the same camera out and cant wait to get back up there to check them.Walking is about the best way. i tried traps last year and didnt work
