Would help if you were short on dirt and long on rocks but who could afford to put a one inch layer across your whole plot!!!! Marketing gimmick.

Why not just make your own with a big compost pile? You could add rock dust (minerals), activated some Biochar(organisms) and let it load up with worms to break down all of the organic material and turn it a couple of times. In a year you have a truckload of living compost. Easily done with a tractor and frontloader.
