My question is can you use your antlerless permit ($ 7.00) you brought during firearms season and use them in muzzleloader season thanks

Yes. You can purchase your deer tags at any time during the season. If you didn't hunt during the November portion, you could still buy your firearm deer tags and hunt the Muzzleloader portion.
