I guarantee you, if someone handed me a gun, told me it was empty, I didn't check, pointed it at a friend and killed them, I would be facing man slaughter charges at minimum, why is this even in question.

1. Why on Earth are they using "real" firearms in movies.

Authenticity ,,,Come on man He wouldnt allow nra instructors to be on set ,,,,So he hired some newb with only one job experience under her belt

I honestly dont think he should goto prison for this. As part of this countries problem is prisons flooded with non violent felons, while many violent ones serve short terms or go free because of overcrowding. Save the cell space for them. But he needs to be held accountable for his negligence.

How wuld you hold him accountable ? ,,,What punishment is there other than prison ?
Apparently the crew had been shooting out back inbetween shooting takes ............the husband of the woman shot is now excecutive producer and entitled to a portion of the films profits.........IM surprised production to finish the film is still in the works

Not like movies are necessary ...unlike construction of a home business or roadway but i get your point ..........Probably sell more seats to this since the tragedy that happened while filming.........Wont pay to see it either way ................investors i hope hits baldwin the most

Im not sticking up for dip****(ab) at all.........But in his mind ..They pay someone to be sure the firearm is safe ...so he shouldnt have to check it ,,,,,,,,Ultimately if he checked it ....They wouldnt need an armorer
