I've boned out my deer and have the meat in my old refrigerator, can I age the meat this way and if so how long?

I do mine for up to but not past ten days. Make sure to check it daily, if it begins getting real dark you better get it put up in the freezer.

Makes it a bit more tender and more flavorful if you ask me.
