Setting in the stand yesterday with a bunch of does out in front of me when two small bucks came out. They all fed around for a while. One of the bucks (3 pt) starts to charge a doe all of a sudden but she doesn't run. Well he starts smellin her all over runnin his head and neck all over her rump and then mounts and breeds her. This was an older looking doe. I dont think she was a 1 1/2 anyway as she was bigger than the 1 1/2 year old buck. He tried mounting her again several more times but seemed to forget how to do it cause he was all over her head and side. She finally had enough of it and took off to the woods. I'm gonna be out there again this evening and maybe she will be back with a big boy in tow.
