I had a pair of 1600 cabelas waders that started to leak around the seams, so when we stopped by to shop one day i asked the gal at customer service what the return policy was and she said that as long as they are cabelas brand and i get the same make and model i can return them at no charge. Went back out to the truck and got the waders went back in found another pair in my size and out the door we went after shopping some more course, no money required on the exchange. Now that in my opinion is customer service.:

Right on, except now i have to watch out for all of the ice that is out there.

thats why i love cabelas,but to be honest never had to return a thing i bought there.but it sure good to know how they back it up:cheers:
