Selling my dream dirt. Haven't had the time for it the last few years with family and distance from Texas. Great parcel with nice plots and several drainages. A lot of work has been put into this property. Plots were limed this year and brassicas planted. Open areas were cedar thickets and were cleared with heavy equipment 8 years ago.
$150,000

Awesome looking piece of ground. Good luck with the sale. If it was in my area I would jump all over it.

Wow! Talk about a honey hole!!!!!! Shouldn’t last long for that location and makeup of the farm... Like you, too far of a haul. How long have you owned it?

Bought property about 9 years ago with a partner. Also have 17 acres 30 minutes away from this spot with a travel trailer/electric/sewer/storage bldg and barn. It’s a honey hole as well with good deer yearly. I can’t sell it before this 44 acres though so I can have somewhere to stay! Partner adopted 4 boys along with his 4 boys and he had to sell out to me few years ago. Hasn’t been the same trying to do it all the work myself from 11 hours away. I’ve been elk hunting last few years and just can’t make up all the time. Dream dirt still for sale. Haven’t listed anywhere else!

Made it up to finish up food plots. Got lucky and had good rain yesterday.
