I have a used 3 ton HEIL air conditioning unit for sale (R22)_. It is appox. 13 years old. That is from the date on the unit itself so i'm not sure when the first owners installed it. We just upgraded to a heat pump so i don't need it anymore. I bought my new equipment so i could take advantage of the tax credits out there. It has always ran great and never given me any problems. It is ready to be picked up or possibly i could meet someone half way depending. Asking 150.

good luck on selling it, too bad the life expectancy on a residential unit is 12-15 years
