2019 Whitetail Lease – Gentry County, MO 160-acre farm

Farm has 130 acres of row crop and 30 acres of wooded draws with one pond and good cover. The farm is NE of King City and SE of Ford City. The lease period will last from Oct 2, 2019 – Jan 15, 2020. Lease is for whitetail deer hunting and will include exclusive access to the farm, no other hunters allowed.

I do not own this farm yet. I have a signed purchase agreement with closing on October 1. I am listing it now to provide an opportunity for those still looking for a lease and for me to get a return on the investment this year. I own farms in 5 different counties in Missouri and am very confident this farm will close on Oct. 1. I have references available and have been leasing for more than 15 years.

Under the circumstances, the 2019 lease will be $1,400. This is a very good win/win opportunity for the right group looking for a lease or looking to add another farm to your existing leases. Maximum of 4 hunters on the lease. I will expect a signed lease agreement with a minor deposit and full payment due Oct. 2, contingent upon closing of the farm.

I closed on this farm on Oct. 1st, I know several members were waiting until the sale closed before getting serious about the lease. The farm is available, it is currently 130 acres in pasture (no cattle on farm), 30 acres of timbered draws with a really nice pond. The farm is has row crop (both corn and beans) bordering 3 sides. The lease is available for both archery and firearm seasons, exclusive, no other hunters. Cost is now $1,200 for the rest of this season. PM me if interested. Thank you.
