We are listing our camper for sale. 1 owner. 2006 Dutchmen 28H-SSL. We purchased new in May 2007. Advertised as sleeps 9. Queen bedroom in front, fold-down sofa, fold down dinette, bunks in back with double on bottom and single on top. 48 cubic feet Pac&Play storage in rear under bunks, pass-through storage in front. I slide-out for sofa. Full bath. "L" shaped kitchen counter. Fridge, microwave, stove, double sink. Surround sound, with AM/FM receiver and DVD. Ducted A/C and heat. All hoses, power cord, leveling blocks, etc come with it. We are not replacing it, so some dishes, pots, pans, etc can stay with it. Tires replaced a couple of years ago and barely used since. We have an equalizer hitch that can go with it. Empty weight is 5400LB, can be towed with 1/2 ton truck. (Fully loaded GVWR is 7700LB) Original book price was $22K We are asking $8K.
