I know the farm..drive by it often..thats a fair price looks like it'd be good hunting
Right next to heggemeiers. Do you have quail and pheasants surviving on this farm that have made the great escape from the poor shooting of paying customers next door?

Yep, see a few pheasant and some quail once in a while. Hear the quail by the house a lot.

I know where its at and hunt nearby, really good numbers, however genetics are hit or miss. My buddy that hunts neighboring property Killed a 189 in 2016, I killed a 146" 8 point, His pops Killed a 148" 8 a couple years ago as well.
It borders a 600 acre co-op of 3 adjoining properties where only mature bucks are harvested under STRICT management program for last 7-10 years, and trail camera pics are shared as well. If the new buyers are interested in joining "The Co-op" they will be welcomed with open arms. :D

That'll make someone an excellent hunting farm. You all choosing something a little closer to home?
Yes, were trying to find something closer. We love the farm but my dad is getting up there and its just too far for us to drive up for the day and do some work or cut grass and drive back home to St. Charles. There is electric in the pole barn but no water. We have the bathroom and sink ruffed in but the new owner would have to dig a well or get a permit from the railroad to go under it. Water is across the street

How you doing Trykon?
I'd mention who the neighbor to the East is, but it might decrease interest. :)

So you can't tap into the water from Heggemeier? Or do they have a well also?

To the new owner, I know a guy that does wells and its not to bad price wise.
He didn't want us to tap in to his water line.
If anyone is interested contact Ray at 636 299-8459
