By immediate does that mean after cementum aging results come back?

It means after I age the buck. There is no close call when aging a 2.5YO vs. a 4.5YO buck.

Yes, all member applicants complete a questionnaire that focuses on three main areas: integrity, experience, and expectations.

There is no culling allowed on our lease. The practice of culling cannot appreciably improve genetics among free range deer.

Our objective is to protect underage bucks and improve doe-to-buck ratio. There is no expectation of killing 6 bucks and no pressure to kill 12 does annually between the six of us.

Fair question, Wings. We work hard to keep deer pics off social. Too many bad things happen when people post too much info on social media about a particular hunting property. It invites trouble.

Members have to live 2 hours or more from the lease. This rule works well in our management program. It helps protect the property from getting over pressured.

But, for the right person, with the right perspective, could be very good fit. Certainly have to be qdm minded.
If all you see deer hunting, is backstraps waking in front of you, this isn't for you I suspect.
