Sunglasses while hunting?

There's always sunglasses in my outfit. During the hunt, deer shouldn't see your eyes. It's very important! I found mine Torege Polarized Sports Sunglasses on the Internet. They are very steep: shockproof, flexible, and the color rendition is very good! You can learn more about them from this review article of the best fishing sunglasses (https://under-the-open-sky.com/best-fishing-sunglasses/). What do you think about sunglasses for hunting?

Light reflecting off the lens gives away a hunter every time. No way i would wear sunglasses while deer or turkey hunting. Upland bird hunting would be the only time i would ever wear sunglasses.

Only type of glasses I wear are yellow tented shooting safety glasses.

I've used them on evening hunts when I had West facing sets . Yet I used them so sparingly in general that on more than one occasion I found myself gathering my gear / pull rope and almost lowering my bow to the ground a tad earlier than I needed to because I thought it was closer to sundown than it actually truly was due to forgetting about having sunglasses on! I'd look down at my watch and be like damn ! It's awful early !

If regular glasses don't scare them off then I doubt sunglasses do every time? I'd say clear can flash a glare more than say a matte black?

Sounds like it..... :wave1:

Never have worn sun glasses when I hunt, doubt I ever will. Of course, I am partial to Costa's, and those blue mirror lens might just freak out a deer. :D

I have worn glasses hunting for lots of years. I always buy the best non-reflecting coating I can find. Lense Crafters has the bestest in my opinion. Also works great in a office setting, do not get glare/reflection from lights behind/above you.
I do not wear sunglasses while hunting, you can get them with a non-reflecting coating if you do not want the polarized lenses, which I do.
short story, out elk hunting, mid day sitting on a rock, my buddy walks up, I ask how he found me. He said "I saw the glint off your sunglasses from that ridge over there". That ridge was over a mile away....never wore them after that day.
