May I pick your brain. I am putting together a Ruger American Magnum in 7mm rem mag to take to the Precision Rifle course at the Whittington Center. The 1000 yard course and the rifle has a 1 in 9.5 twist rate. What weight of bullet do you think would be good choice?

I plan to use n560 as my powder @ around 66 to 67 grains.
      Thank you.

Your twist rate will limit your bulllet choice. I would suggest the 175 grain Matchking as optimum for your application IF your gun will shoot it well, if not then the 168 MK will work quite well.
