Default feeding deer during hunting season???

If its illegal to bait deer with corn why do they sell bags of DEER CORN in the hunting department at WAL MART, during deer season only??? Shouldnt it be in the pet food section year round???

Because it sells.

Write Walmart and see what they say.

I am sure it will be something along the lines of......because not everyone hunts.

Oh.....and they sell outdoor supplies to all outdoorsmen, not just hunters.

Why not? I feed through the whole year and even hunt over it and it's not illegal.....

Maybe they need to take some corn to Texas where it is legal, down in south Texas even gas stations even sell bags of corn. Missouri should legalize it and get it over with , wonder what percentage of Missouri hunters use bait???

Because Walmart is in business to make money, it's not their fault or problem that many people intentionally violate our game laws.

Exactly MoDeerhunter

If it is not okay for WalMart to sell it during season should the feed and farm store have to stop selling it too

Give this one a bit and it will be city hunters versus country boys... wearing camo in the store while buying
