Yeah, thanks to "jsr", I picked one of these up online today! The RX-1200i was on sale for $279, plus any purchase over $49 included FREE shipping. So after purchasing the RF and taxes were added, this beauty cost me the low, low price of $291.00!! I can't wait to get it in my hands...

Thanks for the PM "jsr", you saved me some serious holiday coin on an item I'd been wanting to purchase!!

I know this is an old thread but I just bought a new Leupold RX-650 on Ebay for $133. I didn't think I needed one until I saw the price. I have never used one, I only deer hunt on mostly open rolling upland in NE MO with a scoped bolt action 3006. I will give a report after I get it.

I finally received the RX-650. I have ranged a few things around the neighborhood, it seems to work OK. No lanyard, Leupold says they will send one for free. It would be a little better if it had a little more eye relief, I wear glasses and could use a little more room. It will take some practice holding the thing steady on a distant object because it is so small and light. I have no experience to compare with another but it seems to do what it should.

I ranged a pickup truck going away from me down the highway. The last range I could get on it was 782 yards, not bad for something rated at 650. I will be happy if it ranges a deer at 400 yards, they claim 550 max on deer.
