Has anybody hunted wil nor outdoors ? If so how was your hunt?

I did this winter on a training hunt. Great guys and decent set up, but you had to kick birds to get flight. Just depends on what you're looking for.

Never hunted per se, I've trained there and he has good cover and had good birds.

Did for a couple years back in the mid to late 90s. We were deer hunting however.

Well gave it a shot. Like you said, great people but other than that birds didn't fly worth crap an I found more birds than the dogs. Very limited cover. 3 strips of tall grass like 6 ft by 150 yards an that was it. Be great area to train a dog but that's about it

It has been a while since I have been there, but they used to have several different locations with various amounts of cover, but I was mostly interested in dog training at the time. Cover is better in the fall before it gets knocked down with use and the weather.
